Light a candle. Pray. Come back tomorrow.
The Prayer Candle is a private prayer journal with a living flame. Strike a match, say what is true, and mark the prayers God answers. The candle remembers.
Here is a room with a single candle in it. It takes ten seconds to step inside, and the noise goes quiet the moment the match catches.
Strike it, hear it catch, and watch the flame bloom against the dark. A small, deliberate beginning that tells your whole body the same thing at once: we are praying now.
This is not another app shouting for your attention. It is a flame, a breath, and a quiet place to begin.
Pray out loud. Type the things you cannot say out loud. Or choose from a library of written prayers, each one read aloud in a real, human voice. Whatever you bring, the candle holds it.
Peace for an anxious mind. Strength for a heavy week. Gratitude on a soft night. Every prayer in the library is grouped by what you are actually walking through, so the right words are never far.
Mark a prayer answered, and it joins your memoir: a private record of every time God showed up. The ones you are still carrying stay lit. The ones He answered are kept. Your streak grows, one flame at a time.
Pray under waves, rain, fire, or forest. Drift toward sleep on soft music. Or play your own worship from Spotify, Apple Music, or any podcast, and the prayer voice rests gently on top of it.
Your words never leave your phone.
The one exception is the optional “Help me pray my words” feature, which sends a single sentence to an AI to suggest a short prayer starter. It is never logged, never stored, never used for training, and you can turn it off in Settings. No premium tier for people who can afford a deeper prayer. Just the whole thing, free.
Real five-star reviews from people who open it every day.
This app is God-sent. I often struggle with how to pray and what to pray, and this app has it all. Guided prayers, places to write your own, a journal, ambient music, plus it tracks your prayer progress. And it’s beautiful. Everything about it is beautiful. I go straight from the Bible app to this app every day now.
Amazing work with this app. Thank you!
This is the first time I use this app and I still have tears in my eyes. It is absolutely wonderful. Keep up the good work. God bless you.
It has become a part of my daily prayers. I love that I can pray for another person who asked me to, and create a prayer card to send them, to show I am praying with them and over them. On nights I did not sleep well, I have opened the prayers and meditations and just listened until my mind was still enough to fall asleep. One of the best prayer apps I have ever used.
I genuinely love this app. I was skeptical I’d actually use it, so I tried it the moment it launched, and golly, it’s actually amazing. It’s so simple but filled with different prayers you can listen to, and I get to hear my dad’s voice. I love it so much, and you will too. Trust me.
As soon as this app launched I downloaded it. My daughter and I have been using the Bible meditations every night. A great way to bring God into bed time!
I’d pay money for it.
I love this app so very much. It’s a quiet break in a busy world that is so needed for me. Thank you, FaithLabz.
An incredibly useful and helpful way to organize and prioritize my daily prayers. It has truly elevated my daily routine. Thank you, Adam, for creating such a wonderful tool.
So good to use as a daily activity. I highly recommend this app to anyone and everyone.
a note from the builder
I built this for my own family. We have prayed out loud over candles for as long as I can remember. When my kids started asking real questions about faith, I wanted something that felt like that moment, in their pocket.
Not an app that points to God. An app that quietly gets out of the way and lets you find Him yourself.
